EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Marc is President and Chief Legal Officer of G8 Financial. In his role, Marc provides asset management as well as operational and financial oversight to the G8 portfolio. He is a principal component of its acquisitions practice and intimately involved in its diligence and underwriting processes.
Prior to joining G8, Marc was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the firm’s Corporate Tax group. Marc’s diverse employment experience and his educational background enables him to provide well-informed advisement with a fresh perspective and contemplative “outside the box” thinking. In a short time, Marc has proven his ability to develop comprehensive courses of action and procedures which have facilitated financial growth and efficiencies to the asset portfolio.
Marc received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He also attended Brooklyn College where he received a B.S. in Public Accounting.
